I first pursued my academic path at Université Laval, where I earned a degree in Business Administration, laying the foundation for a career grounded in financial expertise and strategic thinking.

My professional journey began within leading financial institutions, including Mouvement Desjardins and Sun Life Financial, where I developed a strong command of fiscal analysis and mortgage financing. Becoming a Chartered Real Estate Appraiser allowed me to deepen this expertise and gain recognition as an expert witness in court, as well as a trusted advisor in institutional transactions involving public decision-makers.

Over the past fifteen years in real estate, I have honed the art of communication and the subtle discipline of negotiation. I have acted as a bridge between individuals, corporations, developers, and legal professionals, guiding complex transactions with clarity and precision.
